Register your Urban Ministry Team

To register your team for a mission's week, please follow these steps:

  1. Check for available dates by emailing Molly Fletchall or call 317-417-1453.
  2. Register Group - Complete registration form below to reserve your date. You will be prompted to pay a registration fee according to your group size. This is a non-refundable fee that will guarantee your mission week.
  3. Registration Confirmation - Once your group is registered you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not advertise dates with your church until you have received your confirmation notice.
  4. Final Registration and Participant Release Form are required within 15 days before arrival date. Every UMT member must fill this form out (including leaders). You will receive an invoice prior to your arrival that must be paid upon arrival.

Urban Ministry Team Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip for any reason please contact Molly Fletchall immediately at If you cancel 45 days or more before your trip, we will transfer your deposit to another trip booked. If you cancel your trip with 45 days or less before your trip, your deposit will be forfeited. Please let us know as soon as possible of any cancelations for your group.
