Our Urban Ministry Team Staff
DAvid Cederquist, Pastor
David has 10 years experience in urban ministry and has dedicated his life to serving underprivileged neighborhoods. He has seen God transform his life and work from serving with the poor. His desire is to share with others the beauty of walking with the poor in a transformational way.
Molly Fletchall, UMT Director
Molly is a junior at Taylor University pursuing a career in Non-Profit management and ministry. She has a passion for serving and loving the urban community (particularly Brookside) and has been serving in various roles since high school. Molly is looking forward to sharing the beauty of the Brookside community with ministry teams.
Andrew Neal, Brookside Community Play Director
Andrew loves youth development and has dedicated his life to urban youth development. Andrew is responsible for our Summer Camp programming and will equip each team to run each Summer Camp week during your mission trip. He will also participant in Urban Ministry Training sessions.
Landon Martin, Operations & Housing director
Landon has a passion to serve under-resourced communities with his gifts of organization and construction. Working as an electrician, Landon has project management skills to equip each team based on the gifts they bring each week. He desires to see each team support our housing initiative to see more families stabilized in our community.
Charles Neal, Pastor & Reentry Director
Charles is a pastor and shepherd for those coming out of prison. As a man who can identify with the struggle of prison and reentry, Charles will teach in our Urban Ministry Training and share what God is doing through our reentry program.
Tamika Anderson, Kitchen Director
Tamika has lived in the Brookside neighborhood for most of her life. She serves our teams in the kitchen. She will equip your Food Coordinators to do what they need for your mission week.
